• We will arrange for a personal tour with all top producing agents and assure that every agent with a qualified buyer is aware that your home is on the market.
• We will prepare a personal photo flyer describing the list of features and benefits of your home and neighborhood. The flyer will be distributed at Broker’s meetings, Realtors meetings and to thousands of Realtors within the Sacramento region in order to increase maximum exposure.
• All of the other top producers in our area will receive a personal phone call to inform them that your house is available. An invitation will be extended to preview your home for potential buyers.
• Open houses will be scheduled on weekends and held as often as possible. The scheduling of the open houses will be coordinated with you at your convenience.
• We will coordinate all of your inspections, your escrow process, and your closing process in order to assure that you achieve a timely, smooth and successful close.
• We will assure that any interested buyers are pre qualified and ultimately approved to purchase your home.
